DESCRIPTION:  This runner is a malayer rug and features a repeating paisely-shaped 'boteh' design throughout its field. This rug has been treated with an antique wash, an oxidizing process that softened the vegetable-dyed red tones into a darker neutral palette of black and browns.  Pattern, color variation, and signs of wear with vintage items is normal.
