DESCRIPTION: Azerbaijani rugs are rugs originating from the southern fringe of the Caucausus maintains, and are heavily influenced by the Persian designs from modern day Iran to its south. This rug features a series of simple linear medallions surrounded by classic caucasian motifs woven in a dense but short pile. While originally dyed red, this rug has been treated with an acid wash, lifting much of its colors and leaving a warm glowy champagne color that could work in any home. Pattern, color variation, and signs of wear with vintage items is normal.
We recommend using rug pads to extend the life of all Passerine rugs. Add a custom-sized rug pad to your order using order add-on the drop down above.
