Rug Features: This rug's name was inspired by its fanstastical pictoral motif. The field features bouquets in vases interspersed with conifers and animals that evoke the hunting scenes often depicted in antique pictoral designs. These hunting animals are repeated in the main outer border and interspersed with outlandish flower palmettes. A truly fantastic and unique showpiece.

Wear Notes: This semi-antique tabriz is in fantastic condition with virtually no sign of wear or distress. The rug features an even shaved pile length and is an excellent candidate for high traffic areas and families.

"I had pleasure to purchase two Mahal’s from Georgia, and by far the prettiest rug selection I’ve seen. After one favorite rug slipping thru my fingers, still slightly jealous whoever scored Genevieve. Georgia was fantastic as I was debating a large investment in these pieces of art and history, I’m lucky that I live within a few hours of her and she met me to roll out large rugs; George & Bowen, and several others, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases from her! Just simply the best and I’m looking forward to my next treasure I find at her shop."
